Shipping options for domestic orders.
We ship by USPS: Priority. Shipping
cost is based on the weight and dimension of the package. In
some cases we add a modest fee for materials and handling ($3.00
or less, in most cases). When you make an order online the shipping
calculator will add the exact shipping before you
checkout.
We DO NOT Ship INTERNATIONAL Orders at this
time!
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
and American Express for all orders.

We are confident that you will be happy with every purchase
you make from Macken Geld. If, for any reason, you are not
100% satisfied with any of our products, please contact us
right away. You may return merchandise, provided it is
unused and in original condition, within 30 days from the
date of invoice for a full refund of the purchase price less
S & H. No
returns on Open, or installed items, helmets, clothing
worn next to skin, or items that show wear or use, unless
defective.
DAMAGED GOODS:
All merchandise is in good condition when it leaves Macken
Geld. When you receive a package, open it and inspect the
contents immediately. Be sure to save all packing materials.
If a part is lost (box broken open) or damaged in transit,
you should immediately notify us. Do not return the part
until you have contacted us first, as this would make it
impossible to collect on a claim from the carrier. The
responsibility for proper delivery is upon the carrier. We
will work with you and the carrier to make sure that any
problem is resolved as quickly as possible. Email:

for a return authorization. COD returns will NOT be
accepted. Returns MUST be accompanied by a copy of the
invoice and must be returned in original packaging - by this
we mean the manufacturer’s individual packaging, if
applicable, not the shipping carton. Electrical items,
bearings, books, special ordered, or custom made items are
not returnable with the exception of damaged or defective
merchandise, which will be replaced. Returns after 15 days
are subject to a restocking fee of 20% or $5.00 whichever is
greater. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the
customer except in the case of defective merchandise or an
error on our part.

While our products are available here
for convenient online purchase, we can not have every item
on site. Your suppliers have a large wear house system and
fills our orders fast. We
make every effort to ship all orders within ONE business day
of when they are received from the supplier. There is NO MINIMUM ORDER at
Macken Geld!
